Our goal is to match diabetic patients to a podiatrist to help prevent some of the bad repercussions of not taking care of your feet. Some Florida patients qualify for free diabetic shoes.
What we do
We help facilitate diabetic patients getting proper footwear and help educate them on proper habits to improve their health. Some patients may be eligible for free custom orthotics based on the different regions of the Florida.
